Headaches/Asthma/Allergy Problems
I am 13 years old and a good friend to Dr. Gondolfo’s son Zak. I started having headaches, asthma and allergy problems about 2 years ago. I play football and also started to have problems in my mid and lower back. I came in to see Dr. Gondolfo in October of 2005. I was having a lot of problems with my allergies because of playing football outside. I was on an inhaler and taking medication. The medication made me very tired and not myself. Almost immediately I saw a difference, within about 2 to 3 months. I now no longer take the medication or use the inhaler. I can breathe better. I have a lot more energy. My headaches are rare. I no longer have pain in my mid and lower back, even though I am still active in football and baseball. “I am really glad I came in!”

Neck Pain/Upper Back Pain/Shoulder Pain
I started seeing Dr. Gondolfo in June of 2005 for pain in my neck, upper back and shoulders. The pain in all of these areas was constant, but especially the shoulders. The type of work I do as a programmer only made my symptoms more intense, especially if I was working overtime on a job. One night I was working late and my hands literally stopped working! I’ve been seeing Dr. Gondolfo for 9 months now. My neck and upper back are much better. My shoulders are not 100% but much better given the job I have. I used to have pain down my left arm, that pain is now completely gone. Recently, I went on a trip to California and did some hiking. I had no problems walking at all. Several years ago I went on a hiking trip in New Jersey and I almost couldn’t walk when I was done. I thought my legs were going to fall off. I am very glad I tried chiropractic. My Dad was wrong, Chiropractors aren’t quacks.

Low Back Pain/Upper Back Pain/Neck Pain
I came into Dr. Gondolfo’s office in December of 2005. He did a talk on stress at my place of employment. I remember wondering if the information he gave us could really be true. I was hopeful that finally I had me a doctor that could actually help me with the pain that I had been suffering with for over 20 years.
It all started roughly when I was 18 years old. I fell down a set of cement steps. I went to the hospital and was told I fractured my tail bone. I was sent on my way with the encouraging words “Nothing can be done”, and given a yellow donut to use whenever I needed to sit down. The yellow donut went to college with me that fall and I learned to live with the pain.
Now here I am 20 years later being seen by Dr. Gondolfo. Remember I said I was wondering if what he said at the stress talk could really be true? Well it was! I came in with “killer” low back pain so extreme, I was afraid to move. I don’t suffer with this at all anymore. I can pick up my daughter; I can do anything anybody else can do without any worry of pain. My headaches and burning upper back pain were completely gone within about two months. I even noticed areas like my knees, right forearm, wrist and fingers have no more symptoms. I guess that stuff about my neck affecting my right arm and my low back affecting my knees was really true.
Before I came to see Dr. Gondolfo, I thought Chiropractors just cracked bones and sent you on your way. Dr. Gondolfo looks at the body as a whole and considers my personal goals. I no longer have problems with dizziness or night sweats. I have even noticed that I have more energy. I am absolutely thrilled I came in to see Dr. Gondolfo.
